Pet Euthanasia
A Peaceful Passage, Planned with Love
When the kindest thing you can do is let them go gently, we are here to make that moment as peaceful as possible.
Deciding on pet euthanasia is one of the most difficult decisions a pet owner will ever face. And it is also, often, one of the most loving ones.
Choosing euthanasia for a companion who is suffering is not giving up. It is a final act of profound devotion. The decision to prevent suffering, even at the cost of your own, is the deepest kind of love.
At Everpet, we do not take this lightly. We hold space for the weight of this choice, and we are here to make the passage as gentle, dignified, and peaceful as it can possibly be.
How It Works
We have partnered with a network of trusted, experienced veterinary providers who share our values of compassionate, dignified end-of-life care. Together, we offer an integrated service that carries your companion from the moment of euthanasia all the way through to the return of their ashes, with no handoffs, no confusion, and no gap in care.
You choose the farewell, we handle the rest.
Select either our Home Pet Farewell or any of our In-Studio Farewell packages, and we will arrange for the euthanasia service to be incorporated. This will be performed by a trusted vet partner, either at your home or at our studio, before the farewell ceremony begins.

Practical Details
Scheduling
Euthanasia appointments are arranged in coordination with our vet partners and subject to availability. We recommend reaching out as early as you are able, so we can find a time that feels right, not rushed.
Our vet partners
We work with licensed, experienced veterinary professionals who specialise in end-of-life care. You will be informed of who will be present, and you are welcome to ask any questions before the appointment.
Cost
Euthanasia is charged as an add-on to your chosen farewell package. Full pricing will be shared clearly by our care team before any commitment is made.
You do not have to do any of the coordinating. Once you reach out to us, we manage everything, the vet arrangement, the timing, the transition into the farewell. Your only role is to be present for your companion.
FAQ
Does Everpet offer euthanasia services?
Yes, we offer euthanasia services in partnership with licensed veterinary practitioners. We coordinate the appointment, the transfer, and the farewell, all in one compassionate process.
We understand this is never an easy decision. Our role is to support families with compassion, clarity, and gentle aftercare during this deeply emotional time.
Can I arrange a farewell immediately after euthanasia?
Yes. Many families choose to arrange a farewell immediately after euthanasia so they can spend uninterrupted private time with their pet in a peaceful environment.
At Everpet, we can help coordinate:
- Direct transfer from the veterinary clinic or home
- Private farewell sessions
- Family viewing and memorial time
- Gentle private water cremation
Advance planning is encouraged where possible, especially for families who already know their pet may be approaching end of life. This allows us to prepare a calm and seamless experience for both you and your companion.
Can euthanasia take place at home, followed by a home farewell?
Yes. You may opt for a home euthanasia session with us, allowing pets to remain in a familiar and comfortable environment surrounded by loved ones.
Following this, Everpet can help arrange a private home farewell before bringing your pet into our care. Many families find comfort in being able to say goodbye slowly and intimately within their own space.
Depending on the environment and timing, our team will gently advise on the most suitable arrangements to ensure your pet remains comfortable and well cared for throughout the process.
Is it normal to feel uncertain about euthanasia? Can I talk to someone?
Completely.
One of the hardest parts of loving a pet is carrying the weight of decisions near the end of life. Many families struggle with guilt, doubt, fear, or the question of “how will I know when it’s time?”
You do not have to navigate these emotions alone.
While we cannot make the decision for you, our team is always here to listen, support, and gently walk you through the options available. Sometimes, families simply need a safe space to talk openly about what they are feeling.
At Everpet, we believe end-of-life care is not only about caring for pets, it is also about caring for the humans who love them.
Ready to talk through your options?
There is no pressure and no rush. Our care specialists are available 24 hours a day, and we will guide you through this with all the gentleness it deserves.
