Given our state of mind following the sudden passing of our beloved furkid, we were relieved that the team made everything seamless for us, providing regular updates and guiding us through each step.
The memorial set-up was beautiful and peaceful, giving us a conducive space and precious time to say our final goodbyes. My husband and I are greatly comforted knowing that we were able to give our beloved furkid a respectful, kind and loving send-off.
The urn, photo frame and crochet sunflower gift made for a beautiful memorial set-up in our home. We also found the grief awareness and self-care guide included in the take-home care pack were thoughtful and meaningful.

I cannot thank Everpet Cremation Services enough for their exceptional care during one of the hardest moments of our lives when we had to say goodbye to our beloved Rainbow. From my initial contact, Rachel was incredibly responsive, sensitive, and empathetic as we navigated this painful process. Xiao Juan then took over the coordination with the utmost gentleness, keeping us updated at every single step. She reassured us by messaging when Rainbow's body arrived safely, when the water cremation was about to begin, and exactly when the process was completed.We used their "euthanize farewell" service, and the coordination to bring a vet directly to our house was completely seamless, removing an immense amount of stress from our family. Throughout the entire process, they gave us all the time and space we needed to grieve, never making us feel rushed. When it came time to handle Rainbow, they did so with deep respect, ensuring the entire farewell was beautiful, peaceful, and truly dignified. Everpet truly impressed us with their very comprehensive process, thoughtful, nice settings and big range of keepsakes and takeaways for our beloved dog Sharpy. Ms.Xiao Juan from Everpet really brings comfort, care and dedication to help us in our bereavement, and we are so grateful that Sharpy was so well taken care of in his farewell process. Signature package gave us a very intimate and important session with Sharpy and lots of very meaningful acts for Sharpy and gathering of the keepsakes and memories. Am truly grateful and satisfied for the funeral services rendered for our pet rabbit's passing. In particular, we are very thankful to Xiao Juan who see us through the entire journey in sending our pet rabbit to the rainbow bridge. From the understanding of our requirement to follow our Buddhist ritual to keep out pet untouched for 4 hours resulting in Everpet to collect our little fur baby's body during wee hours at 1am to the special goodbye ceremony and eventually sending her off through sea scattering to let her hop free once again. Xiao Juan was kind, gentle and very understanding to our needs for our fur baby during this difficult time. What touched me most is her cleaning of my baby who was in quite bad shape during her passing but Xiao Juan made her so pretty, at peace and clean again 😭😭😭 thank you very very much  Xiao Juan and Everpet 🙏🙏🙏
